Despite being marketed as "from the creator of Love and Other Catastrophes" (Kazantzidis wrote the original story) this jejune attempt to be coolly bad and existentially hip bears no resemblance to that refreshingly clever film.
Like an overcoat five sizes too big,Kazantzidis's film is essentially an American road movie that the hopelessly pretentious writer-director has ineptly attempted to emulate and in the process defeated the best efforts of his potentially strong cast including Ben Mendelsohn, Miranda Otto, Noah Taylor and Hugo Weaving.
